a week or so after starting i ran across this info, i knew of sugar addictions and additives and such in foods but not to this degree. That has helped me stay on the alkaline diet although i know there are still chemicals getting in the foods i eat through the soil fruits and veggies are planted in. we can only do so much but some change and being aware is a start.
