I'm built the same except for larger breasts. I was into body building in my 20's. My Mom, sister, niece, and I do not have hips. I have wide shoulders, a long neck and extremely glad for this. My son got my broad shoulders and long neck. His Dad didn't have nice shoulders and had short neck. He did not age well and is rather dumpy looking for a man.

I was raised Roman Catholic, yet somehow instinctively knew this was true. I never cracked a Bible open until my teens. Praying for monetary things beyond essential items is the Evil One's domain. Glad you're both doing well. I do D3, B-12, L-Lysine, C, Zinc, and anti-inflammatory herbs to stay as healthy as a person with an auto-immune disease can. I don't take Plaquenil or other pharmaceutical drugs. Probably should get HCQ to control it as much as possible.
