Totally disagree, I lived vegan for over 10 years and was healthier. Fake meats are bad, but a whole food, organic vegan diet is not bad. I maintain, humans have no instinct to kill. Even if you were starving, you would not eat roadkill raw. My dog will though. Because she is a carnivore, with fangs, claws, high stomach acid and high prey drive. Humans need tools and fire to eat meat. Our hands are perfectly suited for picking fruit and foraging. Our intestines are long and meant to digest plant food slowly. My brother and his wife haven't spoken to me or my mother in over a year because we would not get jabbed and support Trump.
