Hey everybody, sorry I’ve been kinda MIA the last few months. I’ve been focusing on clearing a lot of the programming in my own psyche that was making me a more toxic and fractured person than I was aware of. Been seeing a lot of progress in terms of personal relationships and how I navigate through life issues.

My advice to anyone struggling through the same process right now is don’t cling too hard to any single identity or idea. Even ones you developed after your own personal “awakening” process began. Sometimes, identities that helped us through one stage of our growth may actually be an obstacle to growth the further along you go. Clinging to that identity when the time to level up arrives will create an increasing tension in your life until something gives. When you’re truly ready to grow, you’ll come to realize the real mountain that needs to be overcome is yourself. Only at that point will you be able to continue the healing and growth process

This journey has its ups & downs. It's hard & not for the weak. It's ok to fall down. Allow yourself to feel it, but try not to stay there too long.

Get out of your head and just breathe. Your thoughts aren't facts....don't let the 'unknowns' cycle through your brain and get the best of you!

You KNOW why you are here, that you're meant to be here.. You KNOW we win even though sometimes the questions & skepticism can sink in.

Do something to feel better & begin again tomorrow (or the next day if u need it). Even if it's small...try 10 different things if nothing is working - listen to music, text someone you haven't spoken to in a long time, organize your pantry, watch a funny youtube video, look at old photos, cross something off of your to-do list, make a list of things you're grateful for in your life, hug your kids, lean on someone here, go for a walk...whatever it is, just breathe & try to enjoy it.

Interesting connection between VK and Mr Pool on Twitter. Mr Pool posted the tweet in screenshot 1. Screenshot 2 is a guy on Twitter who reversed the text and figured out it was a document number to the declassified CIA docs on Project Stargate and the remote viewing of Mars. I have MASSIVE respect for ANY person that can put their pride on a shelf and say, "I made a mistake, I'm sorry" and actually change their behavior. It takes a great deal of humility and self-awareness to admit our mistakes and take responsibility for our actions. It's a huge sign of maturity and integrity for me! 🤍

I have some great ideas for AU that differ from what was originally planned but I can't do it alone. It just not in the original budget. I am officially asking for your help in expanding AnonUp to better serve our community. I can't just sit around waiting for regulation clarity on our web3 version. Someone needs to do something. I am prepared to take on that responsibility.
