my hands arent strong or working well. they wont straighten from a fist.

tried to open a new lid off a cream and BROKE the lid and still didnt open it wtf lol really? never ever seen that happen to anyone.

trying to eat my dinner now and have choked on 4 of 6 bites. everytime i choke my heart rate involuntarily freaks out and my hands get shaky as my brain thinks i am about to choke to death...........takes about 15 mins to calm down each time...
