I started looking into it, ( the hotline.org) say they are available 24/7 and they coordinate with women's centers and the humane society to help you form a safety plan. This seemed promising but when I asked the name of the program that helps with this issue there were a lot of results, so if this is not the one that can help you, I will help you keep looking until you get it
