Maybe its time to step back for a moment a regroup. I had to a year ago. I understand your frustration, most of us have been there at some point. Just keep an open mind. I was going to say most animal births ive seen the mommas bite it. Ive never seen them just leave it, but maybe some animals do. I have actually done a lot of research on this before giving birth. Leaving the umbilical cord attached for too pong actually causes jaundice (my youngest was on belli lights for two weeks afterwards). The best way to tell when to cut the cord is when it stops pulsating. Either way though- instant cutting of the cord is not the healthiest option.

A lot of us have waited a long time. People are being pushed away by friends and family. I see more and more people falling off the train than hopping on. People are being attacked for expressing doubt or concern and that is doing more damage to this movement. Everyone needs to practice patience, kindness and continue to be reassuring.
