When things seem uncertain, your mind can dip into the 'what-ifs' creating all kinds of crazy doubts in what you know / feel to be true. It's normal to go there, but try not to let it get the best of you and definitely try not to stay in that place too long.

The need to know is like the need to drink. In order to survive you need liquids for your body and information for your mind. But not all liquids are good for you, nor is all information. Guzzling everything offered without discerning the health effects is an unwise approach. Free speech does no mean you have an obligation to know all the horrors of the world, either. We can examine evil in the abstract with occasional exemplars; it's not necessary or desirable to immerse oneself in graphic violence. I am sure that those on the inside dealing with this stuff have well developed protocols for containing the psychological and spiritual fallout; the rest of us can be thankful that they are doing their job to protect us from having to confront the worst of the worst.

We have been going at quite a furious pace for some time. I want everyone here to remain engaged but not at the cost of getting enough rest or recharging. It's a marathon- not a sprint and only you know where that line is. It's going to be a very hot summer. Take good care of yourself today Truth seeker.

Today, the topic of purpose came up in a work conversation. It was a lengthy convo with many different definitions and views.

I know many anons/patriots, including myself, often wonder (and sometimes struggle with not knowing) why we are here. - not only in life right now but also 'awake' and in this movement doing what we do every day.

A few years back, I decided to let go of the need to figure it out, or better yet, define what that means. That doesn't mean I don't think about it. I just try not to let it get the best of me while hoping, like the truth, it's revealed for us all.

That being said, someone shared a quote during the conversation today I thought was a great, simple way to sum it up, so I wanted to share...
