Just because any and all branches of our government have been allowed to get away with stomping on our God given rights as per the Constitution doesnt make it legal/lawful. You finding the case comical, is a perfect example of not under standing the Constitution. At this point in time 99.99% of what all three branches are doing goes against the best gift Americans have been given, The Constitution. Understanding the constitution is key.
