Some days I wonder. Who I really am. I think if God has a purpose for me, will I understand. There are things we want, we know that make us smile. So I ask God, should I wait a while. My words are basic. My thoughts are deep. What will God do with this man named Shareef.

There is something wrong with me. It causes nerve pain all over my body. I feel stinging / burning. I have a constant sense of anxiety and the feeling if a hole in my stomach / chest. I’m feel very shaky. I’ve been crying all the time. My hand and legs shake even when I’m just relaxing. I have muscle and skin pain. When I get cold I shake very much. When I turn my body, my muscles will cramp, especially on my rib cage, like if I sneeze or crunch my muscles tight. I feel like my memory and creativity has began to slip. The neuropathy is always there. I started taking something for a candida infection. Oregano oil and caprylic acid. It seems to have dulled some things. I took an oral anti fungal for a few months. I might try again. These pains have been here for a while, several years. It’s gotten to the point where the pain is always there. I have seen a few doctors but none have them have any idea what’s wrong with me. I deal with this silently everyday. Asking for prayers.

Christmas is coming.
