I am so sorry! I have high BP, too. I hate it. I've been taking meds for over 20 years, and they haven't controlled it very well. I've had every side effect in the book, too.

As a decades long cardiovascular specialist, he should have sent you to the ER! That’s high! I am sure he loaded you up with meds and I can guess which ones, it’s important to take them as directed. Also, get some organic beet powder and mix it with water or juice and take twice a day, along with a whole grapefruit every morning. (They usually tell you not to eat grapefruit with the meds because they know the grapefruit lowers bp), sneaky! You can do those two things and eventually get off the meds. You will feel much better. The Beet Lady on Amazon and if you search for her is where we get my husband’s. Good luck and prayers up!

I just read about someone who used the MMS solution and immediately their BP came way down, and another who used it for a month and greatly improved their cholesterol and all their heart related numbers.
