Great advice. I'd like to add by way of personal experimentation to not forget the type of water one is drinking. Get away from all municipal water supplies as fast as possible. Most bottled water isn't that much better.

There seem to be 4 types of thyroid cancer. Anaplastic type being the most aggressive. We all pray that it is not the card you've been dealt.
