This is how Ivermectin works.
It basically paralyzes invertebrates, in dosages that are not harmful to vertebrates.

Since Ivermectin (used as a anti-parasitic) is known to kill or inhibit cancer growth and all parasites are invertebrates... looking more and more like Dr. Alfons Weber’s in the 70’s findings that cancer is caused by parasites is most probably the case.
Look up any deworming drug, spice or herbal extract (like wormwwood/black pepper/black walnut hulls) and the word cancer to find medical journal after medical journal on their deathly effect on cancer cells. Apoptosis- being the keyword.
