Maybe all of those workers were from another Realm, or something similar, and went back.

a lot do online work now, my daughter does and her manager says they want her to come now, in office but she has to get jabbed. so she is now putting in other applications. i wont work where they enforce mask or any of it. never drew unemployment. you cut out a lot you dont need, do small jobs services and do without, sometimes. lockdowns, broke a lot of peoples 9-5 programming, some decided to work for themselves.

I live in a red state & their are worker shortages everywhere.
I have traveled thr other states as well as you say some red cities some blue & the same workers shortages exist in all areas that I have been to.

If one assumed that ppl quit jobs like hospitals, cops & professional positions because of the jab then there would be plenty of those ppl that by now would have had to get lesser jobs at less money like retail, restaurants & such, but those are still short of workers.

I would just bet you right now that the over half million jobs they are reporting today is either a lie or all foreigners given ss cards like I have personally seen

I met a McD’s owner the other week who was infuriated that he could not fill his staff. He has another business that he was offering drivers $22 an hour, with benefits and couldnt fill his workforce.
He wanted all illegals to be given ss# so they could work immediately and we do not have to support them and they could pay taxes.
One mention of Pres Trumps name and he turned dark red and started cussing 👀

I was watching the news this morning for the traffic report. Only one of our three major stations still has a traffic reporter. They showed a previously very heavily driven freeway at 6:45 a.m., Friday and it was so empty! Much like weekend traffic. I used to travel that freeway and in 2019 it woukd take me 30-45 minutes to travel 17 miles to work. I live in the 4th most populous city and you must have a car to get around. What in the world?????!!!!!!

I can't help but wonder if liberals are getting paid by someone. The reason I say this is I overheard a black woman in my town talk. I didn't catch everything she was saying but it sounded like she was talking about the state of affairs and made it sound like she was going to be a part of something and that she was going to benefit from getting a car. Nana i have felt the same. I do recruiting for a large dental practice and am on the Excutive team. I mentioned management because i see it first hand over 8 offices and growing. We paid our team until unemployment made sense...we stayed open on condensed offices schedule seeing patients..I come from a clinical background so i had to help. We brought entire team back by July. Our people are not leaving but we are growing. Since I recruit at colleges I am trying to set up a scholarship program to hire new grads. What the schools are reporting is that they only have room for 25 in an assistant certificate or a hygiene degree. They are not receiving funding...most community colleges are fantastic...these are the ones i work with. But it's wierd...how are they paying their bills...did we jump? i dunno, it has been wierd for me on hiring end

I do corporate onboarding for new hires at manufacturing mostly, and they cant find enought employees and most of what they are hiring are foreign.

just heard something similar today. . a local elite private school had dropped their enrollment in half. but they are still digging in their heels with the woke crap. endowments are dropping , my friend on the board said there is no money but they are still going..is there hidden money somewhere? The service, just about everywhere, is horrible because of employee shortages. I see signs in windows for menial jobs $15-$17 an hour but few takers. WHY? Was ruminating over this with friends this AM as we waited forever for breakfast in a very understaffed eatery. Why aren’t people jumping at jobs?

In my area, northeast Indiana. The factory jobs are no union forced overtime $15 to $38 and then they make you go thru temp services.
They take most of your money when your 90 days is up the let you go so they don't have to hire you fulltime. I've had full time factory employment for over 27 years. This is a basic practice in a right to work state.

This phenomenon is present in Germany, too. Like in hospitals, gastronomy, hotel industrie, airport Frankfurt … everwhere staff shortage😱 Where are ppl. „gone“ ❓❓

Same here in the US. My daughter delivered a baby the other night and I wasn’t sure the doctor was going to show up in time. I walked out of the delivery room to look for the nurses …there wasn’t even one at the nurses station. Finally one showed up and got on her walkie-talkie and repeatedly said “We are having a baby”. They showed up in the nick of time. Prior to that I had texted my son-in-law, (because I didn’t want my daughter to hear me say it) “Understaffed?”
