I started homeschooling students in my home 5 years ago. This is legal in Texas. If you are working in learning and development... maybe you can transition. Just throwing out a suggestion outside the corporate world. You'd be surprised how many parents are looking for this option.
Also, I've always thought about starting a child care for parents who work overnight. Firemen, police, emt, er docs and nurses. Of course the kids are simply sleeping but what do these parents do with their kids?
I know these aren't practical solutions for everyone, but maybe you will come up with an idea outside the box that will lead to a different type of stability that's not in the corporate world.

If we hadn't done this, we wouldn't have discovered my daughter's 35 year old boss was raping her when she was 15. Of course he had her scared to tell, we found out by looking in her phone... that we pay for! It's too powerful of a tool to leave unchecked in the hands of kids!

I blocked her when she accused me of posting fake shit. I posted a picture of my best friends missing daughter and she started insisting it was an old story and I was trying to get attention and the girl on the flyer was dead already. Thankfully, my friends daughter was found safely and I blocked this hateful b!
