I can’t be the only one with “total information burnout”. I can’t face watching any videos, reading any books, or even scrolling long articles. “Show more…” on a tweet means the rest is skipped. Email correspondence gets ignored. I am just numb after all these years of being firehosed. Want it to be done with; bring on the change. My daughters will get my energy if they want it — just about the only thing that excites me right now. Worn out by psychological warfare.

Please listen up everybody. My neighbor is Danny Vick. He was wounded in the Afghanistan theater and patched up with mesh in his stomach. He served in Desert Storm, Iraq and Afghanistan. A great guy and neighbor. He is now looking at another surgery to patch his stomach again. Very serious. Please send up some prayers to the wonderful God of us all to help him get the medical attention he needs. God bless you all. Danny is a great help to Memaw and I. We sure would hate to lose him.

I feel a bit paralysed by the possibility of serious crazy sh*t starting at any moment. Makes it hard to plan anything, travel in confidence, engage with the ordinary. Is wrong to live in fear, but anxiety is natural given the horror we have already lived through. It may be infinitely better than the worst timelines, but it’s still sickening.

A dear friend is diagnosed w/ liver and pancreatic cancer. They sucked on his insurance for 8 days in the hosp w/ all manner of redundant unnecessary testing, crappy food and no rest. Came out and into at-home hospice way worse than he went in. On morphine, bedridden, no appetite, skin/bones. He's a fighter and naturalist and refused the chemo/rad. We started him on the African fruit Soursop and a "dog dewormer" Fenbendazole compound as primary treatments along w/ a myriad other immune support he'd been taking. He's off morphine for over a week now. He'd been in excruciating pain for some time. Getting some appetite back. Got himself to the bathroom and back the other day. Getting ornery again .. he being native German is a very good sign .. ;)

With God's continued help and *His* wonderful medicinals we are very hopeful.

Just completed a 48 hr fast this morning. Had great energy during the fast. Ate a bowl of seafood gumbo and now I’m very lethargic. Might start another fast tonight so I can move tomorrow. 😀

I feel like parts of me that went dormant got woken up again after having an awesome visit with my brother, best friend in the entire world who I’ve been missing so much!

We went for a hike in his favorite place today, did the whole hike barefoot, through the river back and forth to get to various trails up a mountain, to a beautiful waterfall haven at the end. Grounding all over the place! So healing!!! ✨👣👣 🌊 ⛰️ ☀️ ✨

I’m so deeply grateful for him & our friendship.
