The B-12 boosted my iron levels because I also became anemic. I use this B-12 because it has Methylcobalamin, the good iron. OB recommended Hysterectomy but I said no, I keeping my body parts. I stopped using tampons as well. They seemed to escalate my bleeding. I hope this can help. I wouldn't get a IUD either if I were you.
