I had someone else in the car. I was doing him a favor, and it was a bit of a tense energy. He also is not awake to animal medicine. I pointed out dragonfly the first time, then when I saw dragonfly again, I exclaimed, "There's the same dragonfly, how cool is that!" He didn't understand and thought dragonfly was in the car. Seeing dragonfly did calm my nerves, and bring me peace. I do know of a loved one, that has crossed over, that could always do just that when she was on earth. 💖

Was driving, the other day, and a large, brown dragonfly was outside my driver side window. It stood out as I don't recall seeing one that large. About 5 to 10 minutes later, while at a stop light, there again was the same dragonfly hovering in front of my car. ✨

I hardly ever used, or thought about, the terms twin flame and/or soulmate. And to be completely honest, I thought the two were synonymous.
I learned they are different, and what makes them so.

So I just brought this up to a friend the other day.
If we are able to pass through solid objects, why then when you don't realize said object is in your way (such as a screen door, glass door, etc.) do you walk right into it with resistance? Could it possibly be that the person is not vibrating at the same level as the object?

Went out with a friend, running errands, over the weekend. We were High Vibin' together. It changed the atmosphere, to the positive, of EVERYWHERE we went. We were having so much fun experiencing it. I suggest doing research before purchasing. I was a big proponent of them when they first came out. Now there is concern of their use alongside EMF's and/or "dirty electricity".

Even though proper grounding is beneficial, there are other ways to open up blockages in chakras. Just being aware of your energy centers is a huge step to clearing them. Sending you positive vibes to find out what works best for you. 🙌

I have slept on a grounding/earthing sheet for years. This past week I have not been sleeping well and having intense, wild dreams. Last night I decided to not sleep on the grounding sheet. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling a series of vibrations, like a mild electrical current, going through my body. It was like a switch was turned on, ran for about 15-20 secs, then turned off. I felt it, at least, four times before I fell back asleep.
