hard decision - the mental slave does not know he is suffering - however after escape its brutal to see it all and still be enslaved.

id still have to say mental slavery. once we have choice we have power. not power to change the slave situation but power to choose how we live and react to it.

you have no idea how wonderful it us for us to have fellow survivors out but its confusing as hell until we figure out the backwards part of the messaging. there are few "out there" with a message confused by serious untruths - its not the survivor - its the programming.

65 - 45+ years of recovery and still "breaking" programming! just the past couple years - "over the rainbow" all i had to do was sing and i could snap out of anything - great but it was a program. "core" alter - been healing that for years. then i realized it was aldo a program - gone. its a constant job to watch for.

ive been adamant about thus is it im "healed" so many times...i recently read another survivors coment that if we are not struggling day to day and fighting the programming and alters we arent in recovery...validated what I've been saying.

among survivors its not a popular opinion to "heal" alters. but we have to many are programmed. we fight it because of the programming.

wrong it enhances it.

this is a lie, disrupting programming takes a lifetime of extremely hard work.

this is a plant to discredit survivors. when she starts yo heal from her programming she may stop regurgitating programming.

yes we write down memories, we do art work, we try to be aware and stay present. we also have to learn to feel, to release stored up memories/trauma from organs, tissues - every cell in our bodies.
