I don't think ANYONE gets off. They might get a low sentence in the fraudulent Admiralty Court system, but then they have to face the UCMJ. Won't get a low sentence at US MILITARY COURTS-MARTIAL and we won't know about any of those Tribunals until the Military is good and ready to disclose.

Most folks don't know that during times like these under the Constitution, criminals can be tried more than once for their crimes, too.

EXCEPTIONS are important, such as are outlined in the 5th Amendment.
