Is there any meaningful difference between “military intelligence” and “secret society”?

My sense is that to succeed in this kind of psychological war of attrition you have to be motivated by something other than glory at the end. That would drive you insane. For me, it’s the defiance along the way. No matter how low I go, I cannot give them the satisfaction of seeing me give up.

Future historians will have a lot to study in terms of the “organised” military versus “emergent” anons. This information insurgency is very carefully designed chaos.
