Here's a natural remedy for soothing cough and bronchitis that's both effective and delicious. While it's particularly helpful for children, adults can benefit from it too. Thi is so tasty, you might find yourself enjoying it more often than expected!
Ingredients:
Organic Honey: 2 tablespoons Organic Bananas: 2
Water: 400 ml

Preparation Steps:
Mash Bananas: Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.

Cook Banana Mixture: Bring the 400 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the mashed bananas and stir for a few moments. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat.

Cool and Add Honey: Allow the mixture to cool for about thirty minutes. After it has cooled, add the honey and stir until it forms a smooth, homogeneous cream.

Dosage: Consume approximately 100 ml of this mixture four times a day.
