I saw another video where the narrator explained how there are 3 types of water. The water that we drink doesn't necessarily keep us hydrated, hence the need for the celtic salt. Very often, I do not see posts of those that I follow, due to "display scroll buffer". When the site is active, very often many posts fall out of the buffer quickly. Even when someone re-posts, I may not see unless I go look at the person's profile and scroll through it.
