My alternative view........Cuomo is helping the FBI to pull the plug on the NY swamp. The Clintonites are the ones targeting Cuomo to keep him from purging them. When he was AG, Cuomo prosecuted Elliot Broidy for bribing NY government employee union leaders to make Swamp investments of pension funds. That means he’s always been anti-Swamp if he’s on the opposite side as Broidy. The nursing home crises was more likely a result of bad policies way under his radar. The death toll may have been hidden to keep it away from the mockingbird media's fear campaign becasue he wanted to open up the State.
