This is a timely message that I stumbled upon at SBT. I, probably like many of you, have struggled with boredom nearly my entire life. I wasn't buying any of the fake news from the start. And in order to blend in I was constantly having to dim my own light so as not to make the people around me feel uncomfortable. It's quite a lonely path. 3. Find something each day to laugh about, no matter what is going on no matter how depressed, look for it if you have to but find something that truly makes you smile or better yet laugh out loud.
