Sat on hold for nearly 7 hours- SEVEN HOURS- to cancel a Delta flight cause it could not be found on their awful website. About hour 6 I see a Insta post from a friend saying O.U.R. is racist yada yada yada......I am a very tolerant, patience person. But this crossed the line for me. I think she understands how I feel about saving the children.
