BTW - it is very important that we take into consideration in a new world how elected officials should be held accountable. For one thing, every vote that they cast must be on their record. If it is discovered that a fraudulent project is placed on a grant through a vote in congress, then all those who voted for it should be held accountable. Perhaps, the politicians would begin to understand the importance of their vote. They would certainly recognize the importance of knowing what they are voting for. Hell - they might even learn how to say NO. Oh, but that is a stretch now isn't it? Let's not put too much on the politicians because they are a very weak lot.
