When people ask me what’s the best way to start their journey/future evolution to #5Dconsciousness , I usually will make sure they have identified and learned all of the false indoctrination, the real truths of society, and explain the 3D enslaved fear/pain matrix of duality we have lived in our whole lives.

Next I recommend to track all of your emotions daily. These two charts I suggest having printed out, and placed in multiple areas you will consistently see it, both consciously and sub- consciously throughout your day. Emotions tend to spiral in either a positive or negative direction. You have free will to decide if you are in an ascending or descending spiral. Your emotions are only controlled by you. A major piece of advise when dealing with difficult personalities *Respond don’t react! (always!)

If you on the downward spiral. Immediately use sound frequencies/healing to reset. Going out in nature/exercise are also great ways.

Sharing now. I personally hurt my wrist badly in a car accident a few days ago and the hospitals and urgent care centers refused to see me without a mask. The male nurse said don't you care about other people. I told him to bring me the box that mask came in and if it says it is meant for medical purposes and will protect myself and others from a virus with a 99.98% survivability rate. I will wear it. I firmly said to bring me the box several times. Of course they didn't because they know what it says. The same nurse claimed studies prove masks work. I said really give me the name of the study. He couldn't of course. I told them theyare committing a war crime by denying me medical care based on my refusal to wear an unproven medical device. I left and thank God my wrist is healing, but they could not provide me with informed consent, which is required to impose any mandatory treatment or medical device. These nurses and Doctors are commiting crimes against humanity.

I enjoy looking back at all that The "Mockingbird Media Weapon Machine" produced to attempt to railroad the king of the free world! Pure projection, and gaslighting against our hero! He beat each and every attempt, and came out the winner, and restored light for so many children, as well as for all of humanity!

If you think about it, the size of those trees might be somewhat proportional to the size of the giants back then. Perhaps like we are compared to the redwoods, the giants were compared to those huge trees.
