A few years ago hubby and I built a shop out of 2 40' transportainers. We cut out a few large openings for doors and windows and I've been using the scrap metal as a canvas and painting big murals for the garden. Was painting this one the night my father died, and had been having a hard time finishing it. A little over 6 months later and it's finally done, hubby installed it today.

This one's extra special to me, love you daddy! 💗

First time back on the bike since dad died 6 months ago. Was cloudy and cool, a nice change for AZ. The clouds looked different today, like smooth waves circling the snow globe. Had lots of quiet time to think, one of the great things about riding. It frees the mind.

Thought about dad and how much I missed him. To think it has been half a year overwhelmed me, it still feels like yesterday. The passage of time seems to be in overdrive. The clouds opened up and rain began to fall as I rode. All I could think was that it was my dad's tears from Heaven. Letting me know he heard me perhaps?

I had to stop riding because I couldn't see the trail thru my tears. Hubby rolled up alongside me and there I was sobbing in the middle of the desert. 😢

He hugged me and then the most awesome thing happened, the clouds parted and for the first time all day the sun peeked thru and the brightest sunbeam washed over me. Was like dad was hugging me too. ✨💗✨

Bonus...ride was 14.4 miles. 🙏🏼

Favorite song since childhood, was released almost 45 years ago. Has always been a vibe match. :)

Have noticed it ramping up here the last few weeks. They are so easy to spot, just trying to steer clear. Kinda tells me that we are getting closer to the end when we see people on AU turning. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

1 - And I'll third it. How, in God's name, can we ever ever prevent any of this from happening again if we don't know the horrible extent of everything? Right now, to some, it's bad, but not that bad, and not enough to do anything about it. Trump and the White Hats aren't going to be around forever to save us. Humanity needs to know the dirty details. They need to know the real reason why they push abortion, and it has nothing to do with women's right to choose. We need to know what celebrities did what so we can stop idolizing them. We need to know how the 2020 election was stolen so we can prevent it from happening again. We need to know what they're doing to our food so we can stop buying and eating it. We need to know the real reason behind climate change hoax and the push for EVs so we can stop it. We need to know what's really in the vaccines we've been getting since childhood and how it relates to any illness we have.
