Thanksgiving, since most of the family I have left alive think I am nuts my wife & I chose to spend turkey day with one of her life long friends family. I knew her friend & her husband but no one else- 40 people. It was the best holiday in years, there were these 7 yr old twin girls that I was interacting with. I picked their brains & pranked them. yes they were cute but they laughed & laughed the entire time. They were so wholesome full of life, full of life and innocent. The light was beaming off these kids so strong that I became fully aware of God's presence all around me. We stayed 6 hours and when we left I was so charged from these kids that I could feel that they spiritually impacted me. I thanked both the parents for doing such a great job with the girls. They said thank you as a formality but I don't think they knew exactly why I was so impressed. These two twins were like glowing stars in the room. Had a great time with complete strangers- go figure.
God is good
