When we don't feel well we forget what makes is feel well.

Broths.

I love to pour water through my Bunn coffee maker, instant hot water.
Then teaspoon of my organic concentrate broth.
Beef broth first, then chicken. It's so good. Energy, nutrients, soothing warmth, rest, rinse and repeat. Echinacea, Dandelion, Elderberry, Cinnamon, anything you can use for a tea. Lemon water great Vitamin C.

Vomiting? Drink, Eat Nothing. Once Stopped,
Wait An Hour. Then,
Only Ice Chips, Teaspoon At 15 Minutes Intervals.Hours Of No Vomiting, Then Take Acidophilus To Fight Bad Bacteria. I Take Acidophilus Every Hour To Get Back To Health.

I know how you feel. I was sick for 2 weeks after Christmas; it was a bummer. Then I was bitten by a friend's dog; then I had a altercation with the freezer door and my nose lmao. All is finally soooo much better. Staying positive.
