Some patriots think they are doing nothing. YET thirty years ago I dreamed of these times. EACH one unique. GOD bless ya'll and your fams ALWAYS and in all ways. Gen after generation.

In 2017 I went through the biggest heartache I'd ever endured. Shattered to my core by the realization that my sister was a malignant narcissist, I lost my entire family by fighting back and writing about my experience.

By 2020 I relapsed after thirteen years of sobriety.

I walked away from every toxic friendship I'd endured.

I came very close to losing my husband, who is the love of my life.

In 2022 I entered rehab, and not voluntarily.

I spent a night in jail after a bad reaction to Gabapentin, then went off all pharmaceuticals.

The next year of my life was brutal, so anxious I could hardly function and without any support whatsoever aside from God, my husband and my beloved golden retriever.

I had to pick myself up and dust myself off and start fresh, it was utterly terrifying.

There is life after the Storm.

If God brings you to it my friends, He will assuredly bring you through it.

YEP... Remember when Trump didnt get put back in..he came out video after video after video..saying .....I will be back soon. and of course his exiting song in rallies.. Hold on I' m coming. SOON has no meaning. It could mean today, tomorrow, 5 yrs from now. He did that for 6 months..then..silence. hasnt said another word. People are as awake as they are gonna get. and all that I did trying to wake people early on..makes me look like a fucking fool. so now..I dont even give a shit anymore what happens.

Some are more sensitive..or maybe a cycle so we aren't all tired at same time.

It's the senses touch smell hear sight that brought me out of PTSD...it works when things seem to much.

My favorite remedy is to spend time on the beach..the birds, the surf, sand between my toes, sun's warmth fill my senses ... When I sit and watch the waves crash... somehow it gives PERSPECTIVE...my problem is little in light of eternity...BUT THE sea smell, surf crashing waves turn my mind off...changes the channel and helps.

Sitting by any water helps if not the beach.
