I have a friend, and have heard others share that they are "gluten intolerant", yet when they visited Italy, they could eat all the wheat they desired without any issues.

I would advocate that most people with gluten intolerance are GMO Intolerant!
The body's natural way of dealing with poisons.

I have a long list of toxic / poison ingredients that I could spend hours sharing.

While in Itally I found the same!

Also their smells were so different...what we miss on simple every day pleasures!
The aromas were amazing!

And milk products didn't upset my stomach!
Galatia was amazing!
It was NOTHING LIKE what we have as Galatia here in America!
NO COMPARISON!

Same here. We (daughter, sister and self) had no issue eating anything while in Italy and we were there for two weeks eating pasta and pastries.
No one of were sick.
Here... we can not eat anything gluten nor bottled oil of any kind.
Than sodium nitrate and nitrites are carcinogens.
Celery Powder is celery with nitrates grown inside and then dehydrated so the "nitrate/nitrite free *except for naturally occurring in celery powder" is BOGUS. Don't fall for it.
