Wow because I had a Christian Recording Co persuing me..like many young artists.
I participated in a Song Writer's Conference in Colorado in the 80s. Person reviewing my piece said "No Hook.." as we left for Lunch he was huming my song!
I jumped in front of him and said, "That's my melody! That's my hook."
He shut up stopped huming and said nothing!
I had already submitted for Copyrights of Original Work prior to competition registered in DC.

I stopped ALL connections with Christian Recording Company and efforts to move foward. God gave me this warning what I was in for in this Industry. "Christian" Humm Jude says "Coming in by the side door professing Christ but not knowing Him."
I walked away from it..though I did perform in some Coffee Houses and Churches.
I listened to God's warning... God is my TREASURE..not the approval of man.
Years later confirmed Contest FIXED.
