I was shopping for clients earlier today and as I walked around the grocery store, I tried to imagine what would be on the shelves once all the toxic foods are removed.
It was an overwhelming mental exercise!
Then I tried to imagine how many of the current toxic foods could be made healthy by removing the toxins and how long it might take to restock shelves.
I would venture to say that maybe 5% of foods sold in typical grocery stores are "healthy". !
Again, overwhelmed my brain! 😂😂
Apparently the "organic" label requires only that a minimum number of ingredients must be organic to get the "Certified Organic" label !
(Added guar gum and carrageenan as thickening agents shouldn't be allowed!)
Side note: Not surprisingly, have slowly tried to convert my elderly clients to more organic produce, no soy, no corn eggs, etc. They've tried, but keep going back to their routine foods.
Love & trust their doctors & pharma! 🤦♀️

I have had an issue from a child with gluten..stopped eating pasta and rice at about 16..trying to figure out what I was dealing with.
There was no talk of GMOs back then at all!
I discovered low glycemic helped ..the journey has been long and eye opening. Using my body to tell me what worked.
Discovered with all the antibiotics used when I was 2 1/2 months old to break the Double Phenomonia gut fauna was not the same as other family members...but 1 brother who too was given high doses of antibiotics during Brain Tumor surgeries.
Cutting breads and rice from diet limited options. Discovered the Leaky Gut perforation issue that put food into the gut outside intestine walls (Mainly small intestines.)
This process also lead to RAW Grass Fed Whole Milk and the lies with Pasteurization.
I found out Ancient Grains are PRE GMOs. Discovered many ailments resolve with Ancient Grains..milling and making your own bread.

I have a friend, and have heard others share that they are "gluten intolerant", yet when they visited Italy, they could eat all the wheat they desired without any issues.
I would advocate that most people with gluten intolerance are GMO Intolerant!

While in Itally I found the same!
Also their smells were so different...what we miss on simple every day pleasures!
The aromas were amazing!
And milk products didn't upset my stomach!
