True, but those doritoes, Oreos, etc. are very expensive! We tell ourselves what we want to justify. And, seeds are relatively cheap and something will grow. It’s hard to keep it from providing something. Perineal plants are easy, plant and pretty much walk away. Food can be grown on patios, in yards, raised beds, pots, bags, pvc pipes, imagine the possibilities!

I looked around, saw no evidence of people ill or dropping in the streets so I went on with my life as usual. I don’t use the AMA health system if I can avoid it. My doc for over a decade is holistic. My first visit after lockdown he asked me if I got the jab. He was warning his patients not to. AU was very very helpful in gaining information during that time which I shared with him.

I go to a wholistic doctor who works on my plasma energy centers using frequency and kinesiology.
He charges about $100 for 20 minutes of actual treatment. I see him a few times a year if needed.
