Also I didn’t eat all my avocado form yesterday so today when I scrambled my eggs, I put some avocado on my face instead of just throwing away…..and some egg membrane.

Here I lay with organic hemp oil in my scalp and roots…… I’ll toss an egg “mask” on before I wash probably tomorrow. I’m ready to just be “kidnapped” and gone and done with this “war shit!”

(There is not much I’m finding on pechoti method + hemp seed oil on a quick internet search…. But it’s ’lower’ than cbd oil so I’m trying it.) I’ve done castor, coconut and cbd oil many times. I’m still going to try out the hemp oil via my belly button tonight as it has many benefits for us. I already wear it on my face.

(I sometimes sprinkle hemp seeds I get at the store on my avocado or salad for extra nutrients…. And flax seeds. I need to get some chia seeds. Research and learn! )
