I now have 11 friends diagnosed with a variety's cancer, almost all of my friends have lost their parents. Been to more funerals in the past few years than ever before.

My kids think I have lost my marbles, my extended family is divided.

Funny thing is that unconsciously they know something. They know that something isn't right, I think they feel as though they are powerless to do anything. Sorta of like a learned helplessness.

My brother and I walked into a coffee shop the other day, their were 6 ladies talking about a current murder trial here, some where saying she did it, and others were saying they don't believe the media. So what does my brother do. He doubles down, went on to discuss the missing kids, red shoe club, the politicians, other court cases we have had. We couldn't have had that conversation before.

One lady there was still in denial, she backed out of the conversation, as she was on the loosing side.
As much as how we were treated, I think that the tide has turned well truly. Those in denial are becoming the minority.
