I feel like too many people still do not understand the level of evil that is being removed. An evil that has flourished for centuries, at the expense, literally, of ordinary people all over the world. The governments, now and past, all knew and did nothing to stop it or expose it. But took their payoff to look the other way. Joe McCarthy gave the infiltration of communism in our government exposure a gallant effort in the 1940's, 1950s. but with no support, nothing was ever proved and the "McCarthy Era" faded. Adding to your thought, I've been looking at civil law vs common law. Common law being what the colonies adopted from Britain to establish a legal system and it is what all states operate under except Louisiana, which which is the only state in the United States that operates under civil law adopted from the French. Common law is based on judges decisions and past precedents to overrule, add to or take away from written statutes and laws. Judges act as a mediator between attorneys. Civil law does not take into account precedent case/decisions, but weighs each case on its own merit and evidence according to existing laws. The judge asks the questions and the attorneys provide meaningful information to the judge who acts as an investigator based on the written law. Maybe we are moving into civil law, pretty much taking the wind out of the sails of current common law attorneys and judges.

I have followed the Brunson cases for a while. And it's always funny to me that people see things from different sides. I agree with most everything you said, however, I found Brunson to be the one unprepared and rude to the judge.

After listening to this exchange, my conclusion is Brunson is a loud mouth, self centered egotist! He showed no respect for judge Browns honest questions. I have heard Brunson on other podcasts say that overturning the election and removing the people from congress was the exact reason for the suit, now that seems not what he is saying. Brunson made it all look like an attention thing. As a lay person i found nothing of substance from Brunson.
