It seems I’m likely to be ghosting more & more. Mentally, I’m in a pretty good place, physically…not so much. Just maintaining an intensity of focus can flare my colon up. So, I am literally going to have to gain more altitude & distance. Restrict myself to very short updates. Rest in the trust I have in God. Minor flare up last evening still with me this morning. If I can get in some more protein today without major consequences, I’m going to fast again tomorrow to calm it down. I feel a little weak physically today, so much I may take a nap later or just lay down for a while.

Thanking God for the strength he has given us to endure this war & praising him for his abundance of grace.
