I was shopping for clients earlier today and as I walked around the grocery store, I tried to imagine what would be on the shelves once all the toxic foods are removed.
It was an overwhelming mental exercise!
Then I tried to imagine how many of the current toxic foods could be made healthy by removing the toxins and how long it might take to restock shelves.
I would venture to say that maybe 5% of foods sold in typical grocery stores are "healthy". !
Again, overwhelmed my brain! 😂😂
Apparently the "organic" label requires only that a minimum number of ingredients must be organic to get the "Certified Organic" label !
(Added guar gum and carrageenan as thickening agents shouldn't be allowed!)
Side note: Not surprisingly, have slowly tried to convert my elderly clients to more organic produce, no soy, no corn eggs, etc. They've tried, but keep going back to their routine foods.

I have known the TRUTH about Martin Luther King Jr. for quite a while now, but I’m really glad to see this FINALLY come to light thanks to Trump declassifying the files.
Turns out, MLK was NOT the Christian saint of a man we have been told he is, and in fact was quite the degenerate, to put it mildly.
Here is a list of the things that MLK was into, in no short order…
Drugs.
Prostitution.
Adultery.
Homosexuality.
Orgies.
Drunkenness.
Fornication.
Having children out of wedlock.
Having multiple mistresses.
