Just my opinion VK, but I don't think pacemakers would make one a transhuman. Am thinking if pacemakers made one a transhuman,, then so would dental implants, cataracts lens replacements, hip joint replacements, screws and plates to hold bones together, etc. I think of those as more like a crutch/aid to help one live better without really changing the body, and yet keeping heart and soul, and not changing one's basic biology. However, I do think changing one's DNA would be considered transhuman. jmho, anyways....
