I have a gay friend (well, acquaintance now) I have known for 43 years... and he is as rabid a leftist as you would ever communicate with and has been for the last 10 years... he is not an actor, he is serious.
How are we to get through to folk like that, if they have failed to break through after 10 years of trying to convince them?

😻 I have friends like that too, Carole.
I have come to the conclusion:
I AM NEVER EVER GOING TO GET THROUGH
TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT.
I've had to let go of MANY dear friends.
Facts mean nothing.
Trump Derangement Syndrome is REAL
in my experience,
& there's NOTHING I can do about it 🙃
They took the VAX & died or got cancer.
They hate Trump & can't explain why.
They "don't want to hear" about the children
or Obama, Big Mike, HIllary, Bushes, etc.
It's heartbreaking sometimes to be on this path 💔
