#healthyyou microwaves are awful to use. If you are someone who likes leftovers and need to heat them, here is an option. (It gets easier to just take your own stuff places….. example- boil eggs at home and take a salad and fruit and healthy snacks on the road with you instead of takeout everyday or microwave!!!) (3 full cooked meals daily is too much especially fried or poison ingredients and meat! One plate works for me and snacks.) (plus the ingredients in processed stuff are dangerous also so shift away from eating and feeding people poison!)
