The Churches are TAX EXEMPT means the government controls the churches. My Sister & her Husband are ministers in Florida - - I told her if you find a church that is NOT TAX EXEMPT you will find a Church of God - - Jesus over turned the tables in front of the churches because they will doing business, not God's will - - - if you walk in a church they will ask for a donation, they will ask for money for missionaries, they will ask for money for church camp, they will ask for money to buy the minister & his wife a Christmas gift or anniversary gift or birthday gift - all while the minister goes on 4 vacations a year. Then while in church we are praying for people that do not even attend that church. I stopped going when it because a money scheme.
