Kat, I've seen the actual agreement, allowing the greys to come up from underground to take humans for their food and whatever, but it was supposed to be a small number of humans.
BUT, I thought I saved it but I can't find the document plus I don't remember which president it was, Eisenhower or Truman.

Phil Schneider was a government geologist & engineer with high security clearance and his job was to engineer, drill and blast out DUMB caverns to build Secret Deep Underground Military Bases, and while doing that at Archuleta Mesa in New Mexico, he was lowered into a hole and ran smack dab into Alien Tall Greys. They had a firefight, he killed 2, and a Tall Gray blasted him with some energy weapon that blew a hole in him big enough for birds to nest in AND blew his fingers off. Saved by a Green Beret who sacrificed his own life to save Phil, more than 70 of our Special Delta Forces & Green Berets were reportedly killed in that 1979 underground battle. All I know is that when I first started to wake up, I saw a tall figure like this behind window blinds of a rental property. I keep asking if they can disappear and reappear? They eminate very evil energy. They must like what's in natural gas because this place smelled so bad, I got out of there so fast. From my memory the basement looked like a dirt basement and I would have never walked down the stairs. I got out of there so fast and had my husband on the phone the entire time. It was on Rt 22 in a town called Greenbrook. I have heard lots of crazy stuff about the town next store called Bound Brook. Hopefully the military checked this area out for Tunnels. I also did research and learned about old Copper Tunnels along the next town over from Bound Brook which is Franklin. That would lead towards the college town of New Brunswick where Rutgers is. If there are Greys under ground, how could they possibly get them all. Very scary times but I am giving it all to GOD. I felt reassured of

what i had read a while back was that congress did this without his knowing. he relented because nuclear power had to be destroyed -which of course ETS could do easily.. hoping the real story comes out.. i dont know anything else about what you wrote. we shall see when we go back to class to learn the truths to see who were the good guys and who were not (a lot we know but history was incorrectly stated). should be an eye opener for sure
