Put some pickling spices in my crock pot with my chuck roast. Has anyone done that. NOW gonna be on a quest to make my own fooking corned beef. With my contacts.

I make my own corned beef. Salt, picking spice and beef in the fridge for 10 days. Turn beef over once each day. I don't use pink curing salt. Then cook.
