Myra Raney on AnonUp.com

I was pushing a big heavy box yesterday and used my knee to help push it. Now my knee is in pain. This is the same knee I had surgery on to remove both torn meniscus 4 years ago. If I go to the orthopedic dr he is going to tell me I need a knee replacement. I can't do that, I have nobody to run my business if I'm down. Prayers please.

As with any orthopedic injury first do RICE= Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Compression by supporting the knee with a good knee sleeve or brace. Ice to decrease inflammation. Rest leg and elevate the knee to reduce swelling and inflammation. Castor oil wrap may help. Apply castor oil to flannel and wrap it over your knee overnight. 😇

I'm already taking a prescription calcium pill once a week. My knee is full of arthritis. When the surgeon took out the meniscus, he had to scrape my knee joint down to look normal.

Praying for you Patriot!! This is what I use for my knee pain - Enviromedica has a cartilage pill. It helps!!! I take two in the AM and two in the PM. Also cherry juice and pineapple juice help too. Lakewood Organic juices are a very good product. A little pricey but worth it, in my opinion. I hope these items may help you. Knee pain is NO fun. Much love, light and health to you Patriot!! :)

Yes, hexane free castor oil may help too. If you buy the castor oil make sure. It is hexane free.

For me I found the cartilage pills from Enviromedica.com works the best.
