I was pushing a big heavy box yesterday and used my knee to help push it. Now my knee is in pain. This is the same knee I had surgery on to remove both torn meniscus 4 years ago. If I go to the orthopedic dr he is going to tell me I need a knee replacement. I can't do that, I have nobody to run my business if I'm down. Prayers please.
