Yes a lot of these Foster parents (not all) are not good at all and evil infiltrated these foster groups. Many stories allready. A lot of these Foster cases are also not needed at all. Most of those parents are in debts, and if guided well, it is not neccesary to place these children somewhere else. But there are a lot of jobs depending on this bad system, and so those people keep this bad system going. They dont do a good job in screening these foster parents:
a lot of them are pedo's 😡. Sorry to tell this.

I advocate against CPS for the mothers...what Ive seen with my own eyes is 1 anonymous calls reporting parents bc caller doesn't like the parent
2 kids for cash victims were found thru the school lunch program 😬(catholic social services again)
3 another attack against those living in poverty
Bottom line foster parents should NOT be enticed for a check, they should want to actually be a step parent while the parents jump thru the courts hoops.(I know a young girl who aged out of her foster home and the foster mother MADE her sign over her newborn in order to stay under the fosters roof, then kicked her out once the checks started coming in for the baby) foster kids who report their fosters are kept in that home 80% of the time! The numbers are disgusting
